• Participate in the management of overseas teams and work on-site, conduct product training for overseas teams, set team goals and implementation methods.• Conduct team management in HQ, get to know team members' abilities and interests, and make reasonable work assignments; pay attention to changes in team members' performance, and conduct team quality checks and interviews; set team goals, and do well in mobilizing and implementing the goals.• Monitor the service data of the team, such as phone/chat/email connection rate and satisfaction, analyze the reasons and adjust the manpower arrangement according to the data.• Specialize in handling user complaint cases, communicate with FAE/PM/R&D about product issues, communicate with subsidiaries about service alternatives, and try to solve user problems.• Specialize in handling C-user cloud service charges to avoid user disputes and legal risks.• Respond to inquiries and demands from subsidiaries and other departments, and allocate some tasks in a reasonable manner• Focus on product issues, feedback frequent issues to FAE/R&D, and cooperate with them to follow up key cases in a special way• Collect user feedback, and feedback user requirements to FAE/Product, and promote product improvement• Conduct regular product line problem summarization and RMA data analysis to grasp the progress of product problem solving as well as discover hidden problems• Coach team members to produce valuable outputs in daily work, such as competitive product research, internal workflow or error documentation optimization, new product/function experience and output information or suggestions, etc.
