Started off my journey as microbiology laboratory technician in a fast paced commercial lab. Applied different standard to food testing as per customer’s requirement. Skilled level 3 (highest level) in all testing methods.The passion for food industry has brought me to a quality assurance role, where I am actively maintaining/improving the quality system, and gained good understanding of GMP and HACCP. Responsibilities/skills include but not limited to: helping to identify/correct flaws in the quality system, being able to recognise and resolve non-confirming events during manufacturing process, create/amend standard operating procedures as required, and auditing. Besides, my role involves communicating with both internal and external customers where I have helped to reach mutual understanding and exceeded expectations.
