Responsible for campaign planning and implementation, to help drive conversions and maximize ROI for the Moomoo app.- Customer retention strategy planning and implementation: Developed user retention strategy to improve the trade frequency and decrease the churn rate of Moomoo app users in the Canadian market. Lead integrated retargeting campaigns in digital channels to increase user retention, such as the Insight Advantage partnership with Nasdaq. - Email marketing content optimization: Build EDM automation content from 0 to 1. Regularly irritate EDM content based on their data performance. Identify and execute opportunities for improvement in both efficiency and scale. - Data analysis and reporting: Analyzing user behaviour data and gaining actionable insights for new marketing campaigns and product improvement. E.g. Use Clarify to identify the traffic of the landing page and improve the CTA by content and layout.
