For most of my work life, I have worked in the entertainment business. I started as a music producer and then became an artist manager which included scheduling releases, creating marketing plans, and organizing events. However, when the pandemic came, I went into the customer support world where I have worked for more than a year. Those 2 worlds were a big change as in the entertainment business, I had to talk to a lot of people and it was a lot of micromanaging, and in the support world, it was mostly talking to people through means of email or calls and by fixing their problems on the spot. The differences have been a learning experience for me and I am confident that I will be able to execute any problem by using the things I have learned.
