With a Master's degree in Computer Science and a passion for WordPress, I lead a team of at least 10 people at Namecheap, a leading provider of web hosting and domain name services. I ensure that we offer a high level of support to customers around the world, resolving technical issues, managing different CMSes, and working with LAMP stacks, SSL, email, and DNS systems. I also act as a Shift Leader, the highest level of escalation within the Managed WordPress Support Team, handling outages, incidents, and QA processes. My goal is to maximize the potential of my team members, giving them regular feedback, conducting meetings, analyzing performance, and assigning tasks for improvement. I contribute to completing the departmental objectives and responsibilities that senior management has given us, surpassing productivity goals and keeping up with the latest product developments.
