Assessing the feasibility for new and running project. Plan, Design, Implement and Monitor manufacturing process using work study techniques.

To do mould flow analysis (flow, cool, warp, RIM & MCM) of plastic injection (Thermoplastics & Thermosets) moulding components using Moldex3D software & support moldex3d user.To do feasibility cheque of Plastic Injection Mould.

To do mould flow analysis (fill, pack, cool, warp, shrink) of plastic injection moulding components using MPA & MOLDEX3D software. To do design, 3D- modelling & drafting of Plastic injection moulds of auto mobiles & consumer goods Components using Pro/E software.To attend trouble shooting during manufacturing of moulds & dies in tool room & attend trial of production validation. To modify design as per feed back from tool room, production & process.

To make Finite Element Model (Tetra, Quad, Tetrahedral & Hexahedral) using RHINO software.To do mould flow analysis (flow, cool, warp, RIM & MCM) of plastic injection (Thermoplastics & Thermosets) moulding components using Moldex 3D software.
