Distribution channels' sales management & business development of all company's products in Israel - Polycom & Plantronics. The Key Responsibilities include:• Creating new distribution channels, long term business cooperation and managing the day-to-day activities of the existing channel partners.• Strategic Planning and development of new Business segments. • Building Sales incentive plans and special promotion, for channel partners.• Monitoring the performance of the channel partners' sales and activity, include forecasting reports.• Increase current channels' sales volume and potential, by 100%.• In charge of leading the channel partner's sales process, especially in key customers, complex projects and global accounts.• Supporting channel partners' sales – training sessions, demo meetings and product line presentations.
