Jolt is an education tech startup with a mission to bring industry tech experts to teach companies in the B2B field and individuals in the B2C sphere, empowering people to learn. In this role, I:• Oversee expert-led programs designed to train businesses in AI, Full-Stack, Sales, and Customer Success.• Manage B2B leads from marketing and acquisition to account management and upselling.• Foster partnerships and run projects across global markets.• Recruited top talent globally, including in the US and Ireland, for expert-led programs from companies such as AWS, Google, and Meta.

• Led the administrative aspects of both Data Analysis and Digital Marketing courses simultaneously.

• Monitored customer experiences throughout the course, achieving a 9.75 satisfaction rate 💜• Adjusted and developed content to enhance the product.• Identified customer needs and took proactive measures to maintain positive customer experiences.

I assisted Prof. Niva Elkin-Koren in her research on intellectual property at the intersection of data and law. There is so much to figure out in this field, and the job taught me how little we know, though:• I conducted academic research at the intersection of technology, data, and IP law.• I developed expertise in tech and law research, as well as strong English academic writing and legal analysis skills.
