AT&S and EXYTE PROJECT (KULIM,KEDAH)1) Package F27 (Installation of Common Pipe Rack)2) Package F43 (Installation of DIW & PRDS Piping System)- Prepared drawing for piping installation work at site using Autocad and Revit software- Manage and arranged materials needed for piping installation.- Executed planning for piping installation work for DIW, Process Drain, Sump Pit systems and material controlling.- Handled clashes issue at site by coordinating with other contractors and also identified clash in BIM using Naviswork software.- Handled sub contractors by making sure they comply safety regulations and follow work method statement.- Successfully completed hydrotest and pneumatic test for 3 main DIW piping loop and 20 sub-loop without any leak or incident.- Prepared As Built drawing for DIW System.

Insulated Piping Reliability (INSPIRE)- Developed a tool to predict the severity of Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) within insulated piping.- Focused and localized point-to-point quantitative hazard assessment within the piping lines, as recommended by PTG 15.04.02, API 581, DNV RP109 and CINI 2019.- Handled more than 100 Isometric drawings and P&ID to obtain input for the project.- Redraw all the Isometric drawings in Autocad.- Piloted in one PETRONAS Chemical plant.

Statistical Tube Exchanger Analytic and Reliability (STELLAR)-Developed a tool to assess the inspection data, reliability and remaining life of heat exchanger bundles using the statistical approach by probability analysis.-Deployment of inspection effectiveness using Level of Inspection Effectiveness (LoIE) based on PCC-2 2018 and API RP 581 2020.-One stop monitoring of HEX where the historical, current and prediction of HEX life can be assessed using STELLAR.-Successfully implemented in 6 PETRONAS Chemical plants.

- Handled company sales order by preparing Purchase Order, Sales Order and Delivery Order through SQL.- Handled shipping method to customers by liaising with customers and shipping partners.

- Performed quality check of gasket before suppling to customers.- Prepared gasket inspection report for gaskets that has been rejected after quality check.- Made sure the packaging of gasket is in good condition before sending out for delivery to customers.- Made an improvement to gasket packaging method to make sure gasket are in good condition when received by customers.
