Worked with Reliance industries LTD for Vinyl Chloride Monomer plant operations (EDC process Direct chlorination and Oxy-chlorination)• Hands on experience in panel operations (ABBAC 460/ MOD 100 , APC /Plc) • Study & Trouble shooting process abnormality with analysis process parameters, preparation of RCA with recommendation for corrective action. • Preparations of Daily Monitoring Reports, Monthly Monitoring Report, APC Monitoring Report.• Process Engineering & preparation of Techno-economic feasibility study report for PIO`S which includes P & ID, equipment & instrument data sheet preparation, cause & effect, interlock narrations for new modifications.• Participate in Project Kick-off meeting and engineering review meetings, 3D model reviews, Hazop.• Prepare and update PFDs / P&IDs and perform P&ID reviews.• Process Simulations using Aspen and Hysys (Steady state), Heat and Mass balances, Process Flow Diagram development, Develop Process Control Philosophy.• Adequate knowledge of Natural Draft Cracking Furnaces, Fractional Distillation, Vacuum Distillation, tank farm operation, chlorine handling facility, multi stage air compressor (centrifugal & reciprocating).PROJECTS ACCOMPLISHED:• EDC Tank Vent recovery optimization. • Techno-economic Feasibility study of Heat recovery from Furnace quenches Overhead system..• Co-ordination with project team in Commissioning of two Columns “HCL Stripper and Recycle EDC Column” for the improvement of product quality (Reliability Project).• Co-ordination with project team in Commissioning of Standby Oxy Reactor and New Oxy Rector (Higher Load Capacity) which replaced existing one.• Alarm rationalization & implementations of OM-PRO. • Commissioning ofButene-1 process plant at RIL Hazira.
