• Study & Trouble shooting process abnormality with analysis process parameters, preparation of RCA with recommendation for corrective action.
• Preparations of Daily Monitoring Reports, Monthly Monitoring Report, APC Monitoring Report.
• Process Engineering & preparation of Techno-economic feasibility study report for PIO`S which includes P & ID, equipment & instrument data sheet preparation, cause & effect, interlock narrations for new modifications.
• Participate in Project Kick-off meeting and engineering review meetings, 3D model reviews, Hazop.
