Can3@IIMBG is the first campus startup of IIMBG; This is a food-based startup. Our mission is to provide hygienic food at affordable prices with a delicious taste to every stakeholder of IIM Bodh Gaya, and our vision is to make Can3 a nationwide renowned company for its quality in its flight phase.Here at Can3, we cater to a TAM(Total Approachable Market) of 1500 students + 200 faculty members + the current construction workers. On the whole, we've 3 full-time courses running on our campus(Namely IPM, MBA, and Ph.D.) So we've quite a good network with almost everyone on the campus. Since our target market is catering to business professionals and future business leaders, we try to deliver the best of what we can.Revenue:Every month, we can achieve a revenue of Rs 3 Lakhs, which is expected to increase in the further phases of our startup. HR Currently, we've been employing 6 employees for our startup Head Chef: 1Assistant Chef: 2Manager: 1Accountant: 1 Helper: 1Managing such a large force is a challenge in itself, but still, we're ensuring that the operations process of our canteen is very smooth. Operations:In a place like Bihar, It's challenging to maintain supplies for a high-envolvement industry of food. We require the supplies daily, so it requires a lot of public relations and negotiation.

We interviewed 5 faculty at IIMBG, Including the Director, Chairperson, and many more professors.Webinars: Conducted various webinars, including the official webinar of the Admissions Committee at IIMBG (Colloquium)Student Support: Addressed queries and concerns from thousands of aspiring students through email, calls, and messages, ensuring a smooth admission process.Key Coordinator: Played a crucial role in organising the Orientation and Outbound Program for upcoming IPM batches.As a dedicated member of the Admissions Committee at IIM Bodhgaya, I've been at the forefront of shaping the admission process, reaching out to students, and enhancing our online presence through creative content and informative initiatives.
