Years of working experience as the project manager and the architectural designer assisted me in studying business to discover planning, coordinating and administering.The MBA program offers me a universe of strategic business skills that could prove invaluable in an architectural setting, a deeper understanding of the relationship between business management and architectural design could benefit the practice. These include sophisticated financial modeling methods and the ability to apply microeconomic principles to the establishment and management of a global architectural practice. There are techniques that would prove to be business lifesavers, include understanding how’s and why’s of hedging against foreign currency risks and the various strategies by which to understand complex, international, and multi-party negotiations.As an architectural designer, I am looking for deeper meanings in space designs. Meanings that may or may not be found through arbitrary choices of inspiration or pure aesthetic appeal, instead meanings guided by the clients' brand or their culture, the implicit challenges in the project. Looking for changes and how I can approach a design challenge into the built environment, which provides insight knowledge and innovation that add value to the clients in ways that space design alone can't. I believe in space design can leverage the client's brand by working closely with the client and find their wicked problems and develop strategies to their space to solve those challenges, and implement these strategies into space design.
