Now, working in Telesplicing, I’m mainly in charge to re-engineer the product lines, integrate the supply chains. Our products, covering the equipment of DAB and DVB-T/T2 together with their integration of software, automotive telematics solution (TPEG) along with the hardware and software, and digital power measuring instruments, are mainly from Germany, France, America, and partly from Korea. For digital broadcast and television industries, I am responsible for offering different information and services to stations and the related units of the government and give different specifications to clients for their purchase budget.

I was in charge of LCD/TFT product. I discussed the panel spec. With clients, analyzed the market trend, provided the prototype for the test, and revised the spec. When the mass production project would start, I needed to contact Sharp in Japan to produce panels and arrange the shipment. I also had to confirm the payment through the delta trade. Only by this way, could I control the price risk of the unexpected fall in this market.

I was responsible for the domestic sales of discrete(LED) components and the development of new clients in the fields of DSC, mobile, and NB. Moreover, I worked with my clients to design new products and compare the specifications and negotiated to get the orders. Meanwhile, to follow the demand of the market, I would give my clients a forecast for the shipping arrangement to meet their need and control the need fluctuation.
