I worked as a research assistant of a senior profess at Zicklin business school. The primary task was to support the professor on her work in progress publication. The tasks included conducting literature reviews and collecting data from a various resource. Summarized and collected data from Bloomberg, LexisNexis, and Factiva. I was also in charge of connecting with different database providers such as Thomson Reuters' sales specialist for the details of their analytics product and price. At the end of the internship, I consulted someone who is experienced with Python, and assisted in the process of writing an automated search system for collecting data of 8000 companies.
