Spearheading the delivery of the drive inverter for the Tesla Cybertruck and Semitruck, from concept to low-volume production in less than a year. Responsible for defining program timelines, identifying and mitigating program risks, planning engineering builds, and ensuring that program key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including cost, mass, efficiency, and durability. Additionally, provide weekly roll-ups to the Powertrain executive team, facilitating informed decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. R&T Intern.Current work:A 250-kW three-Phase Inverter Platform for Motor and Stationary Applications• Evaluated and summarized auxiliary power supply architectures for inverter platform related projects. Synthesized the power supply architectures to enable faster decision-making procedure for next generation product development.• Designed and developed three-phase output passive filter for next generation inverter platform. • Developed analysis-led design (ALD) tool using MATLAB GUI from proposed output passive filter algorithm to help relative engineers design output passive filter.

• Evaluated and simulated the topologies of phase shift full bridge (PSFB) and full bridge LLC based on wide output design specifications to select topology for next generation product.• Explored the characteristics of wide bandgap semiconductors (GaN and SiC). Performed simulation testing results for comprehensive switching devices selection.
