Headquarters is in Taipei, Taiwan.• Negotiate price and territory issues with suppliers and provide quotes to sales team to support customer opportunities. • Manages PO status process, placement updates , backlog management ,including ensuring shipping and delivery information is accurate in company's systems. • Handle random/regular audit cases from the vender.• In charge of the EDI reports which are to/from the vender side (Quotes, POP, POS, Claim, Inventory, Registrations. etc.)• Responsible for Ship and Debit Claims , resale incentives claims (USD$100+ million/year).• Manage inventory aging and fill rate including disposition - stock rotation/liquidations (USD$10+ million/year) to reduce the company inventory costs to make sure company has the healthy cashflow.• Develops and manages relationship with suppliers to hold them accountable for meeting shipping and delivery commitments to include system and process improvements at both company and the supplier.• Review and maintain MRP and KPI report.• Co-work with sales department to track and maintain customer's forecast/end customers and provide related data to venders to apply/maintain quotes in the system.• Co-work with IT department for system development projects to improve the ERP and CRM system.• Co-work with warehouse and logistics teams, including transportation carriers, to ensure product is received and delivered on time; lead/drive/support process improvements.• Co-work with the finance department to process the payment and credit notes from venders.

• Prepare quotes, receive and key-in/process orders which are from customers.• Assist sales to apply samples, register and track design in projects.• Handle sales return (RMA) and issue credit note to customer.• Handle customer’s complaints and defective products issues.• Maintain strong and good relationships with vendors and customers.

• Product and channel development, brand management, aesthetic art related activities. • Distribution network, strategic planning, and creative and marketing implementation.• Understand the target consumer groups and predict the benefits of advertising. • Maintain the relationships with current customers and developing new customers.• Work with cross-departmental partners to develop the requirements from customers.

• Assist customer’s inquiries about the commodity prices and questions related to quotations and reply to customer’s letters within the effective time.• Arrange shipments, order processing and sorting.• Track KPI and business plans and tasks assigned by supervisors.• Assist sales to handle internal administrative operations related to sales business.
