As a social, extrovert bilingual speaker, I had a lot of opportunities to become an event organizer and to actively interact with clients in person or through phone calls. I began my career as an event organizer and coordinator after joining a debate club in a business school. Especially when I was a deputy convener of an international tournament that involves hundreds of people around the world, I have learned about managing meal plans, dietary restrictions, budget, emergencies and hospitality in general.Working in an international training company as an administrator taught me how to manage vendors and supplies in an efficient manner. I was responsible for ordering and managing costs, receiving and organizing office supplies and training equipment. When there were offline trainings, I managed the packing and tracking of its delivery records. I was also the one everyone reaches when people lose their passwords, training records and information in Helpdesk. With the empathetic and selfless character, I often converted strong complaints into agreements and understanding. I believe my educational background in an international school that celebrates different cultures and thinking processes developed my open-minded personality and strong communication skills.I take pride in being curious and always desire to learn and experience more to develop myself. This year, I decided to learn more about the hospitality and F&B industry in general. In less than a year, I have acquired an in-depth knowledge on wine, cocktail, tea, coffee and food pairings and certifications. Recently I have finished my internship in an Italian restaurant in a 5-star hotel to experience service and facility management.
