- Analyze business requirement and estimate the high level project budget, Establish project plan, resources, process and mile-stones, to meet business requirement and project objectives- Manage project for corporate & investment banking system follow up SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process and project management procedure- Discuss with procurement and business team to decide the vendor solution- Contract negotiation and signing process- Project hardware/software purchase from local or regional agencies- Coordinate with China local regulators (PBOC, CBRC, SAFE.etc) to complete the existing system enhancement & new system delivery.- Work out and review project plan with project stakeholders and teams;- Communicate with the regulator and group compliance team to finalize the project timeline base on regulator requirement- Coordinate with the information security team on the project risk assessment- Organize the regular project meeting with project committees- Manage and track weekly progress to provide periodic clear and concise overall status to the seniors- Closely control the vendor deliver quality and ensure the on time implementation in parallel - Coordinate QA/UA Testing within bank and provide local testing support for both Global and Regional Release project.- Train new testing resources with sufficient payment and regulatory knowledge.Resource:- Vendor team Management - around 15 members
