• Collaborated with a team of three others to analyze and compare 6 different Bot frameworks; set up and initialized a virtual assistant BOT using Microsoft Azure Bot Framework on Microsoft Teams.• Configured and integrated Microsoft Language Understanding (LUIS) to enable parsing of user inputs in natural language to the BOT.• Linked the BOT to the Honda knowledge base by implementing Web Scraper, which draws information from Honda knowledge base based on the user’s input and enables the BOT to display it to the user.• Developed and tested the alpha release of the virtual assistant BOT containing 5 user intents.• Wrote a project transfer report detailing the Azure portal, LUIS portal, and project information.• Presented the final product which reduced the number of support tickets by 20% to 7 stakeholders of Honda.
