Established the communication monitoring system and leaded the project of short video platform operation, while facilitated the management of CSR projects.• Communication monitoring: Established and standardized the regular communication performance reporting, and delivered the daily news monitoring and monthly report on corporate communication performance ; Designed the evaluation model to assess the communication impact, and provided insights in communication strategy and media relationship management; Developed the SOP for breaking topic briefing and crisis responding with vendor.• Short video platform operation: Leaded the launching of short video platform operation for the purposes of better consumer education and brand promotion. In charge of vendor procurement and supervising on content delivery, mapped out the content strategy aligning with business, hosted the monthly report meeting to review the operation. Achieved 8k+ followers in wechat platform and 45k+ in Douyin within one year.• CSR projects facilitation: Developed the FrieslandCampina China CSR report and re-designed the strategy house; Conduct the research and following-up report on competitors’ ESG strategy, and advised on strategy making for the company; Collaborated with team to launch CSR events including annual meeting of China Milk Quotient Report, Loving Yuesao women empowering Program annual meeting and training supervision, and company volunteers activities; Leaded the application of CSR awards for the company, and successfully received 6 awards from mainstream medias like 21th Century and NetEase.

Responsible for launching Global Pro Bono projects for IBM, SAP and 3M in China:• Scoping local clients in sectors of NGOs, social enterprise and government agencies, developing Consulting Scopes of Work and providing consulting training to international participants in pre-work.• Coordinating between pro bono participants and local clients, advising on deliverables, and managing local consultant and project assistants team to support daily consulting tasks and logistics during the project implementation term.• Corresponding with HQ and corporate program teams for regular progress monitoring.• Delivered social impact reports based on client and participant surveys for each project. Identified demands on services improvement, and localized program handbook for China project management.• Direct beneficiary size of 19 organizations in Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai. 12 proposals were delivered and 8 had been implemented. All 4 projects have received 100% satisfaction 88% were highly satisfied.In addition, as a part of China team, I also support China Business Development:• Building relationships with local enterprises and creating PYXERA's local networking with 40 local organizations.• Providing consultancy to CSR implementation and organizing hackathon workshops for China local nonprofit organizations in Shenzhen and Beijing.• Designing local Pro Bono Projects Services Package for China company's CSR engagement.• Creating marketing collaterals and language localization on standardization documents (onboarding training materials, surveys, HOAs and etc.)• Wechat official account operation supports: developing the annual content strategy and creating storytelling from global projects.

Green & Low-Carbon Development Foundation (GDF) is the first local non-profit organization in Shenzhen supported by the government. It mainly contributes to city low-carbon developments as a think tank and promoter. Working as a project officer, I'm mainly engaged in projects related to international networking and research. In terms of international networking I took the lead in:• Acting as the city advisor for C40 Cities Group, mainly coordinating between Shenzhen Government and C40 for assigned projects;• Assisting visits from delegations of California, South-South countries and etc.;• Forums and exhibition organizing with other co-organizers: The 2016 and 2017 Shenzhen International Low-Carbon City Forum, The 2016 China International New Energy Vehicle & Smart Transportation Exhibition and Summit.I was also responsible for project research and management:• Participating in research and analysis on municipal low-carbon development and strategy, projects including City Low-carbon Development Database and Case Studies, Carbon Emission Calculation Base on Lifecycle Analysis on New Energy Vehicle, Power Battery Recycling Mechanism and Policy for Shenzhen, Methodology of Personal Carbon Footprint Calculation and etc.;• Responsible for project progress and reporting, developing the budget and work plans, coordinating between sponsors and bidding proposals. Projects are sponsored by Shenzhen Municipal Government, World Bank, and Energy Foundation China.Working with a small team, I was accountable for 'Carbon Account' product operations:• Events planning and launching on social activities: PechaKucha Night in Shenzhen, National Low Carbon Day, popular science workshops in schools and communities;• Analyzing user data and developing content strategy, providing copywriting.

• Participating in strategy-making projects of promoting citizens' low-carbon behaviour, aiming to achieve the construction of low carbon city in Guangdong;• Participating in enterprises GHG emission MRV (monitoring, reporting and verifying) to facilitate Guangdong carbon trading system construction and prepare for launching National carbon market;• Due diligence about the current carbon market in Korea, California and EU;• Assisting the application for the UK China Prosperity Fund Programme for budgets and working plans.
