Mainly responsible for web and mobile design for a better young talent job-seeking experience.

Mainly supported market research, user research, hi-fi user interface designing, quick prototyping, usability testing results analysis and workshop facilitation. Co-worked with my colleagues through an agile development methodology.

- Define the user experience goal by conducting a well-structured research, including a company visit. - Created a conventional concept for conning display of remote operation center and a radical concept for the holistic working experience in the ROC.- Conducted the usability testing and evaluation meeting with clients.

- Defined the problem through 3 field research and 15 interviews towards different stakeholders- Designed a collaborative service model to change people's negative behaviors while doing leisure activities around Rantaraitti and finally activate the area.- Did several concept evaluation meetings with city workers.
