I consult within Global Mobility where we discuss solutions for social security and logistics within internal immigration. Since summer 2020, the HR department has also been undergoing a radical transformation of outsourcing some of our services, where I have been responsible for the process and contents of transferring our knowledge to the third-parties involved. Additionally, I have also been helping other tasks within HR such as administration, communication etc.

Me and my partner Lina were the Project Managers for the international Introduction Week at Denmark's largest student organisation. We were directly responsible to plan, coordinate, and execute the entire program, while also manage 40 Buddies. Along with this, the total program had approximately 130 new international students from both the Bachelor and the Master programmes. The main purpose was mainly social, but creating professional connections were also strongly encouraged.

My partner Anna and I were the co-heads of the first ever Nordic China Start-up Forum of Aarhus. The organisation is approximately 5 years in Scandinavia and the main purpose is to bridge the gap between the Scandinavian countries and China. Our main job were to create events and other sorts of communications in order to promote and and encourage discussions surrounding business in China and Scandinavia. We were directly responsible for the 10 team members of the Aarhus team, while staying close in contact with the Copenhagen team, as well as the other teams in Scandinavia. The main event of the entire NCSF is the Hi-Tech weeks in China, were 100+ tech companies come together for conferences and further exposure.

I began as a cashier, but worked my way to become the general manager at the small chain in Copenhagen. With my strategies, communications, and business development ideas, the firm managed to extend their chain with four more salons in Denmark's largest shopping malls while I was there. Although I do not hold an official position anymore, I am still freelancing to the firm at times with consultations regarding strategy and further development.
