My journey started as a process engineer with M+W Group, where I designed complex systems for over a decade, sharpening my skills in problem-solving and project management. In 2017, I transitioned into the culinary world, creating Keong Saik Bakery—a brand that celebrates Singapore’s rich cultural heritage while embracing modern flavors.At Keong Saik Bakery, we’re known for innovative creations like the Sor Hei pastry, which honors the Majie community of old Keong Saik Road. Since our inception, we’ve expanded to multiple outlets across Singapore, staying true to our roots while continuing to evolve.
