• Managing the operations of the laboratory and ensure day-to-day supervision of its activities• Ensuring that appropriate resources are available (internally or externally) for the testing of samples supplied to the laboratory.• Ensure that decisions of the senior management and the management review meetings are implemented timely• Serving as the quality manager ensuring that the management system related to quality is implemented and followed at all times• Planning management review meeting• Conducting the performance evaluation of the rest of laboratory staff• Sign test result as the technical personnel• Provide result interpretation where needed• Plan internal audits • Perform any other duty assigned by the superior• Take part in the development, implementation and maintenance of RAM Quality System • Approve different plans related to the implementation of the Quality Management Systems. • Approving test reports
