During my years at Bishops University I was fortunate to work part time at the Information Technology department. This opportunity fuelled my passion for technology and taught me a lot about customer service as I was in constant contact with the university’s staff and students.Some of my roles were:- Software and hardware repairs, - Finding cost effective solutions to the customers technological needs, - Setting up events and ensuring the optimal use of the equipment - Tracking, recording and communicating progress to customers- Customer service- Inventory management- Web content creation (WordPress)- Video editing (Final Cut Pro)- Basic software and hardware training

I was a part time teacher assistant for marketing courses. This involved reading over marketing materiel, attending open-house days to present the marketing program to future students and grading exams.

For my ‘Happiness Marketing’ course, at Bishops University, I developed a marketing plan for The Old Lennoxville golf course. The objective was to increase memberships and clubhouse rentals. I was then offered to implement this plan through a part-time internship/independent study that lasted 8 months. Some of my roles were:- Audience targeting- Marketing research (Qualitative) - Event planning- Social media campaigns- Advertising campaigns- Re-branding
