With a Master of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering, I co-founded and lead KORAL SECRETS, an online store and Flagship Store in Tirana, Albania, that offers a different approach to skin care, inspired by the Korean beauty philosophy. We launched in September 2020, and since then we have been providing our customers with a wide selection of quality products from premium South Korean brands, such as Benton, Neogen, Beauty of Joseon, Cosrx, Klairs, Sulwhasoo and more. As the CEO of KORAL SECRETS, I manage our website, online marketing, and customer relationship management, using my skills and knowledge in software engineering and online marketing. I also have a personal passion for skin care, as I overcame my own skin problems through trial and error. My goal is to empower our customers to feed their skin the ingredients it needs, when it needs it, and to make skin care a relaxing and fun experience for everyone. I believe that skin well-being comes from within and by taking special care to prevent and cure the problematics it exhibits.
