Deputy Housing Management Lead, Housing Sector - Assist the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) and the Housing Management Lead by providing overall leadership and collaborative solutions to the Housing Sector for the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program. Also, acted as Point of Contact for the Social Interest Housing Program, by providing technical assistance to program’s Subrecipients and ensuring compliance with HUD’s requirements and other local and federal requirements.

Procurement Consultant Assistant - Assists the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) managing a wide range of procurement processes related to the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program. Assist with the development and implementation of procurement processes standard operating procedures. Provide support to the overall procurement’s coordination and processes’ compliance.

Assisted the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration on the overall coordination of the Mixed-Finance public housing development program. Assisted on the administrative coordination activities for the project Rehabilitation of the “Templo del Maestro” in San Juan. Assisted on the inspection activities for the project Rehabilitation of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court in San Juan. On September 2018, was assigned to assist the PRDOH’s Procurement Division during the implementation of the new procurement policies for the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program.

Assisted the process of obtaining the Hospital’s licenses and certifications. Participated in the evaluation of potential risks in the facilities, and the development of the safety management program.

Assisted the Project Managers from the University of Puerto Rico Comprehensive Cancer Center Hospital construction on the overall project coordination. Processed communications, submittals and requests for information. Maintained organized and project records. Processed the consultants and general contractor’s invoices. Assisted in the preparation of monthly reports and documented project issues during construction.

Performed project inspections and prepared progress reports for the HOME Improvements Program for the Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority.

Assisted the Project Manager from the Vivienda Modernization 1 program for the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration in project’s site visits, prepared progress reports and presentations. Maintained and managed all important documents and assured that they were easily accessible and stored. Kept files and control logs as required by the projects. Updated records of all approved documents and drawings.

Assisted in the interpretation of contract drawings and specifications, monitoring of the project schedule and assuring that the project is being built to the specified quality for Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority and Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority projects.

Oversaw and managed site work for Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority Projects. Planned and organized resources, materials and daily activities. Also, performed cost analyses of construction projects.
