About Yvens Rebouças Serpa
I hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Computer Sciences by the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR), with a focus on Computer Graphics for Games and Interactive Media, having achieved the highest academic index of the class of 2017.1. I have earned my Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences from the same university in 2014, having also achieved the highest academic index of the class of 2014.1. As a member of a Computer Graphics Research Group (supervised by Professor Maria Andréia Formico Rodrigues) since 2012, I have developed skills on OpenGL, Unreal, Unity, C/C++ and C#. Between 2014 and 2017, I worked as lead game developer at Valente Studio. There, I could work on several Game and CG projects. Among these, some were international projects in partnership with GamePill, a Toronto based Game Development Company. More recently, I have been working with medical image data, more specifically with DICOM files, both on the processing and visualization side. I am also passionate about art in general and my hobbies include reading, studying different fields of sciences and applying them on my personal projects, playing games, drawing and painting with traditional and digital means.
