Design and construction of custom instrument including in house testing of the solution; Consultation during the build up and installation; resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities also included providing support to the Technical Sales Team in the field: Support included customer on-site visits, tradeshows and seminars.Responsible for all Instrumentation Sales ensuring quotas are met; Training and Supervision to Instrument Staff; scheduling of sales calls; Daily Operations in the field as well as in house servicing. I recommended Instrumentation product lines represented by the company as well as maintained vendor relations. My specialization included: HPLC, GC lines, accessories such as Autosampler, Pyrolysis, Purge and Trap and Automated SPE

Responsible for the developments and the validation of analytical methods (HPLC, GC) for the determination of bulk drug substances, finished product, process impurities (Cleaning validation) and degradation compounds according to the specified guidelines of the GLP/GMP/HPB and 21 CFR part 11.I was responsible for the preparation and writing of the validation protocols as well as scheduling of personnel and equipment in order to achieve the validation within the specified time frame. My role also included reviewing data, writing validation and analytical reports as well as writing and/or reviewing standard operating procedures (SOP).
