After one year, transitioned out of Montréal to manage the expansion of the NY brand and onboard new customers. Lead all planning, scheduling, and execution activities including business development, marketing, and staffing activities to build company reputation, onboard new customers, increase sales revenue, and hire, train, and retain a strong, customer focused staff.● Completed in depth assessments of the current operational setup in Montréal (ineffective location, lack of staff motivation, loss of customers) to determine activities required to turnaround location performance. Evaluation resulted in the determination that the existing Montréal market was too small, and New York presented better opportunities for new business and growth.● Successfully restructured the office location, identified a new space/location for the business away from the warehouse, expanded brand awareness and onboarded new customers, and hired and trained new staff to deliver what was promised to customers. Business is currently growing but facing challenges including retaining customers and hiring, training, and holding onto the right people.

Built and maintain relationships and open lines of communication with customers to ensure business offerings continually evolved to deliver the right solutions at the right time to meet changing needs.● Achieved $15M+ in business sales (40% software and hardware sales, 60% professional services) and reached an average 15% annual business growth over the 20 years.● Introduced a small ERP solution for retail clients including a POS system fully integrated with Backoffice.● Achieved less than 8% staff turnover with 140+ employees and grew the team from 0 to 150, with the most significant growth between 2005 and 2015.● Reached and maintained 98% customer retention (2500+).● Implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 ERP system, the first one ever installed.● Led several restructures within the company to support growth including a transition from function focused services to a structure consisting of six business units to support a group of customers (rather than specialty groups).
