- Responsible for an efficient, effective and customer focused of material & goods flow management .- Support the business units on all relevant logistic topics according to and in line with the applicable contracts, compliance / GDP & GMP, guidelines and laws.- Managing the inventory in collaboration with partners regarding master data, P&L, stock discrepancies, expired products and new version introductions.- Facilitation of flawless handling of goods by customs.

- Ensure the development and smooth operation of management tools (systems and processes) necessary for tactical and strategic decision-making for various services, in particular Marketing, Sales and Customer Value Management.- Support to the Finance Department and coordination of the different departments when drawing up budgets and strategic plans.- Responsible for the installation and management of a short and long-term sales forecasting system (→ 72 months) for all departments. Support and development of processes to implement (logistics, sales, budget and strategic plans)

- Development of innovative tools for decision support and reporting- Collection of all available data sources, analysis and synthesis in order to create information that can be used by management.- Support in the process of sales planning and budget monitoring.- Support to the department director for specific projects (such as size and structure of sales forces and exchange of data with co-promoters).
