Group Commercial ManagerCoopercon Nov 2009 - Dec 2018BrasilI was responsible for aligning the interests of the 100 largest real estate developers in the Northeast of Brazil in the main construction inputs and negotiating with factory directors in the country and Europe.Even in years of crisis, in 2017 we negotiated more than R$ 130 million in more than 2,000 supply inputs. I am also responsible for brokering conflicts and bringing about commercial and technical solutions, always looking for the balance between suppliers and builders. This dynamic gave me a great network in the sector.To mitigate the effects of the political and economic crisis installed in Brazil, in 2016 I coordinated the implementation of a web portal that translates Coopercon's commercial procedures into algorithms. With the portal it was possible, with less effort, to negotiate a greater quantity of construction inputs and in a larger geographic area.As a result of the commitment to the growth of the organization, my name is always recognized and called for the development of new projects, such as the creation of an equipment rental company (Coperloc), organizing international missions with technical objectives and negotiation of products. I was responsible for coordinating the projects of a construction waste recycling plant. By 2015, when the industry was hot, I coordinated the reform of a training school for employees and construction companies in the concepts of Green Building. Focusing on disseminating the BIM (Building Information Modeling) concept in the state, I used the Coopercon framework to put together architects, designers and engineers to create a cooperative methodology that allows everyone in this green segment in Brazil to grow together.Finally, I'm also responsible for the Coopercon events. We usually offer a big annual party for about 2,000 people, where there are industry awards and special honorees. In December we organized the Coopercon Charity Race, collecting food and offering as a Christmas dinner for families in need. -

Partnership established between Coopercon and Arcelormittal. This unit in Maracanaú – Ceará, covered the states of Ceara, Rio Grande do Norte, Piauí and Maranhão. I was responsible for 75 employees in 24 hours of operation. I managed the unit in the areas of production, machine maintenance, logistics, human resources and customer service. In the period in which I was the leader our team broke the company's goals and we surpassed for the first time the record of 2,000 tons produced in a month. We obtained ISO without any nonconformity. Subsequently, even though I held other positions at Coopercon, I was called a few times to assist other managers or even take over the factory again for a short time between new hires.

As a result, we created a partnership between Baram Equipment and Coopercon CE and founded Coperloc. With this action we managed to lower the price of scaffolding in the market by 40%, with this product as the company's main product. Today this price reduction is already at 70% compared to 2013, as a result, Coopercon fulfilled its role as regulator of the market and sold in 2018 its equipment.I was responsible for writing all management procedures, as well as technical, safety and training procedures. During its existence Coperloc stood out for bringing to Fortaleza a new standard of service delivery with communication, assembly security and price. After the sale of the company, we started to manage the obsolete equipment of the construction companies so that they could rent among them, generating for Coopercon a gain on this and without any fixed assets.

In January 2007 I was responsible for rebuilding Bauru's regional growth, which had decreased by 7.6% in number of students, and after a year of specialized consulting, replacement of units and marketing strategies for the 22 units, the regional grew 11.9% in January 2008, while the number of students in Brazil decreased by 2.9%. After that, I took on two new regional offices, Jundiaí and Sorocaba, with the highest strategic value for the company, a total of 48 schools under my coordination, besides being the coordinator responsible for the growth of the English course at Campinas Branch. -
