In my free time I like to be active in the outdoors, allowing me to reset mentally after a very busy work day. In that sense, being active GIVES me energy, rather than taking it. And most important: all this outdoor-fueled energy makes me feel happy.My way of life seemed to inspire others in such a way that I started the website www.eenvoudigweg.be, where you can find a whole load of fun outdoor-activities that you can do anytime. These inspirational pages are topped up with all the practical information you need to get outside. All of this is done with one goal: making sure people have everything they need to collect as many outdoor experiences as possible.I run Eenvoudigweg as a 'not for profit' initiative. My motivation: I love to see happyness levels increasing as others try my way of life. Call it whatever you like: naivity, idealism, stupidy. For me, it's just... joy.

BrainSolutions guides and automates its client's business processes by implementing 'Zoho'. Zoho is a software package, very capable of being a performant Business Operating System - if well implemented. That's where BrainSolutions comes into play.My role at BrainSolutions is to make sure all 'operations' run smoothly. I am thus end-responsible for the planning and all operational teams (project managers, consultants/developers, architects, administration and support).

Easy Life employs over 2000 housekeepers who help families with their laundry, cooking and cleaning. For several weeks I worked together with operations to learn their current way of working. I pointed out possibilities to improve and automate their processes, and made a framework that structures the necessary improvement projects during the next year. I implemented some quick win-projects and made a high-level set of requirements for a new software package.

Taskbooker is a brandnew two-sided platform for services between non-professionals. Taskbooker connects people who want to earn some extra money, with people who have jobs to be done. Some examples of services where we solve market friction: babysitting, gardening, personal assistance for elderly, etc. My job at Taskbooker started with defining the business requirements and guarding the scope, quality and timeline for development. I did this while maintaining a focus on the day-to-day business of KlaarisKees, the predecessor of Taskbooker.My responsibility now is to define new requirements to take this start-up to the next level, I do this in close coöperation with the marketing manager and the owners.

With a small team of 3 people, we rebranded KlaarisKees to it's 2.0 version, named 'Taskbooker'. With this rebranding we changed the entire website (and website architecture) as well.
