Yves Pernette, currently CEO of Concordo, was at the origin of the company in 2008. Yves is a civil engineer graduated from the Ecole spéciale des travaux publics (Paris). Before creating Concordo and for several years, Yves was employed by Losinger Construction. As Deputy General Director, in charge of the Development Management, he was at the head of some major projects in Switzerland, such as the realisation of the postal sorting centers of la Poste in Haerkingen and Eclépens (45'000 sqm and 28'000 sqm), the hotel Novotel/Ibis located in Geneva (305 rooms), the office building Casaï 58 in Geneva (8'000 sqm) or an important residential program in Grand-Saconnex, Geneva.Previously, Yves has made much of his career in the Bouygues Group in France, during which he acquired an extensive experience not only in construction but also in real estate development as CEO of Cirmad-Est, a subsidiary providing real estate development activities of the Group. It can be mentioned among others, the construction of the Program Parcolog (a group of logistics sites of 80,000 sqm spread across Europe, a project fulfilled with Blackstone), the project of the station of Nancy (13'000 spm office and retail buildings), the office building Prisme in Strasbourg (12'000 sqm), important residential programs as well as many logistics and industrial buildings spread throughout France.Thanks to Yves’ know-how and to a quality partnership with investors, builders and sub-contractors, Concordo is now a key player in the real estate world in Geneva and its surroundings. Moreover, resident in Geneva since 2002, Yves takes advantage of a wide local and professional network.
