I excel at bridging the gap between business and technology both from a communication and a solution/product definition perspectives.For that purpose, as a consultant/programme director I have been leading world-class transformations, and as a technology executive I have building and running 100+ FTEs technology organisations ; In all cases, hiring and nurturing professionals, building high performance global teams has been key.Furthermore, I have been defining both project and product driven engineering processes, in search of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and "the flow". Finally, I am experienced with strategic system design, modern cloud-native technologies and AI/ML, delivering to customers through cloud services (AWS, Kubernetes). I take a great care of keeping myself up-to-date technologically.I have had the chance to acquire a global experience, working in Europe, Latin America and Asia, serving customers across 15 countries.
