Responsible for integrating various teams at an operational level following Merger and Acquisition activities through a full project lifecycle from initiation through closing. Develop and maintain project plans including information such as project objectives, task and deadline ownership, dependencies, estimations, technologies, systems, funding and staffing. Proactively manage all significant issues/risks through to resolution; ensure resources are identified to provide solutions; escalate as necessary to avoid project delays.
