Managed a group of 26 professionals analysing industrial, commercial and residential market intelligence and supporting the development of efficiency program design and implementation.- $2.2 million annual OPEX budget plus more than $200 million per annum in program incentives- Responsible for back-office operations of all conservation incentive programs.

Responsible for new DSM program development within ‘Savings By Design’ program (a 3 year, $43 million initiative) and provided technical and administrative field support for the program.- Project Managed development/delivery of the New Building Construction Program ($11 million initiative) – achieving 200% target penetration and 25% market penetration in 2.
