I joined Orchestra Networks as a java developer to works on the UI of the product EBX.At this time, we were seven in the company, so I had to work on every aspect of the project :- Gathering and understanding the customer needs- Writing functional and technical specification- Implementing the solution according to Orchestra Networks qualities standards.- Implementing test materials- Fix every potential bugs on UI side.After several years, the UI team became bigger so my function in the R&D changed to be the manager of the UI Team (seven developers at this time).
