ISLA is a trade association established to represent the common interests of participants in the securities lending industry. The Association has contributed to a number of major market initiatives, including the development of Industry standard documents. Working closely with regulators in both the UK and Brussels. And currently has over 120 Member firms.Responsible for all activities relating to management of the office. Tasks include:Maintaining diary, organising meetings and calls.Booking team travel.Monthly team expense submission.Assistance with preparations for conferences.Order all office supplies Maintain PC's and connection to server Responsible for membership support to the ISLA Board and Work Group MeetingsDistribution of meeting notices and materials.Setting up dial in facilities as necessary.Responsible for membership communications Responsible for maintaining the company website, updating on a daily basis.Set up member's logins for the site.General upkeep and maintenance of CRM database for our members.Producing surveys and collecting data to send to the membership Responsible for maintaining the company accountsPay suppliers invoices and salaries Produce Invoices for subscriptions and events, and monitor payments Record payments and receipts using Quick Books. Liaise with accountants and assist with year-end and tax returns.
