Yvette Lee has been a successful, active attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years. She is truly a citizen of the world, being Korean in origin, and she has established extensive networks throughout the Pan-Asian region through her varied business and legal experience. She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 1981 from Ewha Women’s University in Korea, and went on to acquire her master’s degree in City and Regional Planning at Ohio State University in 1984. Ms. Lee then served as a Senior Manager at Citibank’s regional headquarters in Seoul for ten years before returning to the United States permanently in 1995. While working for Citibank, she further enhanced her business knowledge by attending MBA classes at Yonsei University. She acquired her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 1998. Ms. Lee was admitted to the California Bar in 1998, and has over fifteen years of professional legal experience as the sole and supervisory attorney in her own firm. She is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and a CEO of ACE Property Management, Inc. Ms. Lee has handled a wide variety of cases encompassing employment- and family-based immigration proceedings, business law matters, estate planning, personal injury cases, and other general legal cases as well, including corporate formation, and real estate. She has represented companies as well as individual clients spanning a diverse range of occupations, such as: multinational company executives/managers, healthcare employers/employees, researchers and other professionals, and consumers from all walks of life. Ms. Lee’s extensive experience as a banker has given her substantial experience with financial matters as they relate to consumer lending and credit issues. Also, she has had direct experience with property management, and brings that practical knowledge to her real estate and general business law practice.
