I am a mature and motivated person who enjoys a challenge. Having worked incustomer service for 23 years I have developed a variety of skills which I couldapply to any work force. I have excellent communication and people skills, I amfully competent on all Microsoft Office systems and am able to pick up any kindof internal computer software that I would be required to work with. I am avolunteer at a learning disability centre. Working with adults with additional needs. I am CeMap qualified and have worked in the banking industry for 20 years in a variety of roles from Customer Advisor to Mortgage Advisor and most recently Team Manager.
