I have been a Police Officer with the NSW Police Force since 1997. In that time, I have worked in City, Regional and Remote areas. The majority of my career has been in general duties policing, with specialist training in Intelligence, Domestic Violence and Education & Training. In recent years I have completed a Diploma of Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management (Policing and Emergency Services). I am currently working as the District Inspector at Barrier Police District, based at Broken Hill Police Station. Geographically Barrier Police District makes up 27% of the state and has a staffing level of 138. My position is the Human Resource Manager, which also includes complaint management. I also maintain an operational policing role that oversights crime reduction, operations, emergency management and community policing.Outside of work I am an active member of the Country Womens Association of NSW. My roles include: Broken Hill Branch founding member, publicity officer and president; Darling River Group Secretary; and current member of the State Executive Committee representing Darling River Group.
