Directing the development of a voice controlled mobile app that recites Texas Historical Marker information to users. Users will upload information that will verify marker conditions and locations, using a "crowd sourcing" concept to confirm and/or improve the Texas Historical Commission's Marker Database.

Integrating several disparate oil & gas systems/software into a single database. Development of 2 websites for this oil and gas exploration firm. Included the creation of their company logo.

Implemented new SaaS project management software (Workfront) and performed all data migration (ETL) from legacy SaaS system (Basecamp). Developed business process flow model to address/correct inefficiencies, defined new project codes and data repository hierarchies for distinct departments. Developed stand-alone MS Access system "Folder Keeper" that uses SQL, VBA, RESTful-API, and JSON to extract Workfront project info and creates project folders on museum servers. Maintains index of all files in repository and automatically relocates files when project information changes. "Folder Keeper" also supplements the info in Workfront itself by creating hyperlinks that facilitate the flow of related projects to one another. "Folder Keeper" runs each night and is saving museum staff hundreds/thousands of hours of manual input.

Sole developer for SW Air Tax Department's "Tax Calendar" which manages the numerous (> 9000) tax payments and/or communications from/to SW Air to any and all required tax-related sources. The annual system automatically "rolls forward" all dates at year-end and adjusts new dates for weekends, bank holidays and SW Air holidays. The system tracks workflow from preparers, reviewers through managers and automatically notifies users of pending responsibilities. Payment requests are generated and tracked. System is written with SQL and VBA using MS Access. A full systems manual was developed to facilitate training and maintenance. The system has approximately 45 users and is still used today as SW Air's primary tax tracking system.

Developed an econometric model which SW Air used to maintain and evaluate their multi-billion dollar fuel hedging portfolio. The system included a valuation model consisting of an integrated Black Scholes option pricing model, minute to minute futures pricing information, daily volatility curve feeds, interest rate curve feeds, tracking of almost 2000 transactions, automated invoices, confirmation of trade statements and high level financial analysis including graphs and risk projections. The model was written in MS Access using SQL and VBA and was used until 2008 when the data-set outgrew the size limitations of MS Access and was integrated into a stand-alone system. Current market conditions do not require this system.
