Developing performance progress tracker for new hires. Create performance standards to assess employee performance.• Collaborate with Senior Scientist Training Coordinator to revise/update SOPs for cage wash operations and create new learning materials.• Build and maintain professional relationships site wide with colleagues from all departments at various reporting levels.• Serve as interim Team Lead (TL), when Team Lead is out.
