High School Exchange Program’s J-1 and F-1 programs across 18 states spanning both Southern and Midwestern States. • Recruit, train, and oversee management of team consisting of 60+ remote program coordinators, 6 remote managers, 2 in-office administrative assistants, and 2 in-office clerical assistants.• Lead the development and execution of ERDT’s SHARE! High School Exchange Program, managing both J-1 and F-1 programs in 18 state region.• ERDT lead in development and dissemination of comprehensive program training materials for staff, volunteer host families, and international exchange students.• Cultivate the creation, implementation, and execution of ongoing marketing initiatives to promote program visibility and participation.• Produce and oversee over 50% of ERDT’s academic year Secondary School student placements for SHARE! High School Exchange Program, repeatedly for over 23 years. • Produce and oversee over 60% of ERDT’s spring Secondary School student placements for SHARE! High School Exchange Program, repeatedly for over 23 years. • Conduct annual rigorous recruitment and vetting processes for 250+ volunteer host families while serving as head contact for those host families and the placement of 250+ Secondary School international high school exchange students.• Ensure strict compliance with Department of State federal regulations and Council on Standards for International Education Travel certification requirements.• Drive and execute business plan accountability within Secondary School student program.• Lead for training ERDT employees and SHARE! High School Exchange Program field staff on child sex abuse prevention. Responsible for implementing best practices and compliance requirements within the organization.
