    In this role I take a lead consultative role with internal HR business areas to identify strategic information needs, conduct detailed data and process analyses, determine root cause of problems, provide actionable recommendations, and to manage and execute analytical projects that support the organization’s strategic objectives. Train HR associates on how to best use dashboards and reports. Manage HR reporting needs; monitor, supervise and provide hands-on support for "ad hoc" and scheduled requests for people-related data; ensure the workload is appropriate and the reports are meeting business and customer requirements; Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set as appropriate. Using system resources, conduct Human Resource data modeling, data analysis and interpretation of trends to support Human Resource management planning. Provide survey (AFS) and Exit Strategy project leadership and consultation; including creation of RFP, establishing ROI, evaluation of HR Technology, vendor selection, content development, data interpretation/analysis, presentation, follow-up data collection, and action planning. Manage one (1) direct report.
