In addition to the duties described below for the Sr. Business Analyst position, as the Sr. HRIS Manager my responsibilities include managing the HRIS Team which includes JDE, Workday, UKG Workforce Dimension (formerly Kronos), Neocase and Business Objects experts. In addition to managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the HRIS Team, I am a strategic member of the Employee Services Leadership team, providing a vision along with a roadmap of future people applications. I provide the vision, work with the teams to outline deliverables and due dates and ensure all projects & tasks are completed timely, in accordance with legal requirements, company policies and procedures and on budget.

As an integral part of the Employee Services group I am responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the HRIS systems utilized for both the US and Canada. I coordinate efforts between business process owners from different areas to gather requirements, develop technical specifications and test enhancements and other changes to the HRIS systems. Additionally, I identify data integrity issues and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities. Currently, I am designing system enhancements requiring analysis, technical development specifications and training plans for internal and/or external partners. I gather requirements and provide analysis, development, testing and implementation of system changes, interfaces and data conversions. I serve as a technical subject matter expert for HRIS applications.

Responsible for planning and directing the strategic vision for the HRIS function including the articulation of current state and future state and short term and long term initiatives to meet the needs of the expanding business. Partnered with Corporate and Field human resources to drive efficiencies through automation and provided analysis to be used in assisting in human capital decision-making. Managed enterprise-wide HR systems, including the time and attendance and the HRMS application, which included employee data, compensation, benefits, retirement and payroll. As an integral part of the HR management team, primary responsibilities include leading the development, deployment and support of new and existing processes and tools to improve workforce productivity through processes and tools that minimize administrative burden.

Additional Responsibilities - 7 years managing the Health and Welfare and Retirement departments which included numerous health and welfare, defined benefit, defined contribution and non-qualified plans. I updated processes and policies which lead to the automation of benefits and retirement processes and data to vendors therefore eliminating the amount of manual intervention required. Lead transition of the defined contribution and non-qualified plans to a new vendor and participated heavily in the transformation from “traditional” insurance to consumer-directed healthcare plans. Managed the implementation of a centralized Helpdesk that was designed to be first tier support for all HR, benefit and retirement related questions.
