Core duties and responsibilities include the following:1. Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Supply Chain Planning, to align sales strategies and activities with overall business objectives and customer needs.2. Directly manage the Inside Sales team to ensure that new business opportunities are adequately supported and that fluctuations in customer demand are effectively communicated to the relevant stakeholders.3. Lead customer negotiations in the region regarding chargebacks, import/export issues, supply gaps, and customs matters. Directly manage the Shipping Department to ensure that every process is cost-effective and efficient.4. Functional supervision of the Contracts and Pricing team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Work alongside the existing Sales Manager/Director, who is an expert in the products and services provided, and is responsible for managing external partnership, supporting sales activities. Coach and mentor the team members, to ensure effective and efficient sales operations. This role is aimed at improving operational effectiveness, while allowing the existing Sales Director/VP to focus on partnership and sales support. A strong in depth knowledge of Sales cycles .
