Yvette became licensed in 2003, and since that time she has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, a majority of which have been in residential sales, although she’s also handled commercial transactions. She’s represented sellers, buyers, tenants, landlords, investors, and relocation. Her clients range from first time buyers, to executives in the luxury market. Because of this she understands that each client has their own unique set of circumstances, desires, and needs that must be met in order for them to have not only the best experience, but also the ability to ultimately attain their goals in regards to the sale, purchase, or lease of a home. She believes that communication is the key to successful transactions, and strives to understand the expectations, motivations, and desires of each of her clients. Once those three things have been determined, and validated by the client, Yvette works toward keeping all of that in balance because she understands the importance each play in her properly representing her clients. She also knows that a client’s needs, or wants can change during the course of representation, and believes in reevaluating as necessary. Yvette’s goal is to not just meet her client’s needs, and expectations, but to exceed them. She has created, implemented, and maintains tried and true systems that aid in transactions going smoothly. That being said, if an issue does arise during a transaction Yvette focuses on solutions, and will work tirelessly to find them. Her belief in truly working in her client’s best interest means that she believes in educating, and advising her clients continually throughout their transaction so that they may make the most informed decisions possible.
