I work with the monetization engineers to deliver scalable and intuitive software for podcasters looking to monetize exclusive content via Glow.fm. We also work on generating revenue by expanding our feature set for programmatic advertising. The other main part of my job is working with recording tools -- I was the first person to fully own Libsyn Studio since its acquisition. In this time, I successfully integrated it (publishing, editing, recording) into L5 with no customer-facing bugs and zero downtime, gaining thousands of new users to it.Additionally, I developed and helped design Libsyn Connect, which is a no-drift call recording and scheduling tool. I worked with a team of seven to take it from basic recording to a full-fledged application with user-friendly features. Organized fifty beta testers and consistently reviewed feedback for a January 2023 release into Libsyn 5.In addition to improving and designing those products, I work with the engineers to architect and test their successful, lucrative, and innovative integrations into Libsyn 5 from a podcaster, listener, and engineering POV. The additions of these customer-centric products to the Libsyn toolset makes Libsyn the destination where anyone can come onboard, at any point in their podcasting journey, to create their podcast, grow their audience, & monetize their content, seamlessly connecting hosting with on-ramps and upgrades to best-in-class tools and services.

The Ellison Medical Foundation was a non-profit founded by Larry Ellison of Oracle, designed to provide hundreds of millions of dollars for funding for aging and infectious disease research. The goal was to provide funding for non-traditional, innovative research that may not qualify for federal or public funds.* Reviewed grants applications & research proposals for over 500 applicants/year* Helped manage payouts and assurances as well as yearly reports for 120 researchers per year, of million-dollar grants* Cataloged all research and abstracts of the past twelve years* Misc accounts receivable and accounts payable work
